Good things here

I have no issues at all with this society; everything is wonderful here. The construction quality is top-notch, with no signs of leaks or cracks, and the buildings are well-maintained. Connectivity is excellent; Ola, Uber, autos, and cabs are always available, and the airport and railway stations are easily accessible. The maintenance team is efficient, ensuring everything is clean and in good working order. All amenities are available and in great condition, including the gym, swimming pool, clubhouse, and playgrounds. The neighbourhood is friendly as well, with everyone participating in community events and festivals. CCTV cameras are installed for security, and there are no issues with parking or stray dogs. Overall, it�s a fantastic place to live. read more

I have no issues at all living in the society as everything is great here and we have no issues of Connectivity, Maintenance, Construction, Amenities and Neighbourhood. No complaints at all. read more

Residents feel safe and at ease because of the neighborhood's warmth and tranquility. There are no problems with seepage, leaks, or cracks, and all places have adequate ventilation and sunlight. In the society, each flat has a single-point power backup, which I really like about this society. The water tanks are also cleaned regularly on time. Cleanliness and hygiene are maintained. The residents are decent. Festivals are celebrated. There is easy access to autos and buses near the society. There is no leakage or seepage issue in the flat. The lifts are well-maintained. All modern amenities are available and are well-maintained. read more

Things need improvement

Near the society, there is a traffic issue in the mornings and evenings due to nearby offices. Recently, there have been power cuts in the society because of the rain. The maintenance charges are a bit high. read more
