The people in the society weren't very friendly because I was a tenant there, and they didn't interact much with tenants. Additionally, there were separate rules for tenants and owners, which I didn't like because it felt discriminatory. This aspect of bias wasn't good at all. The atmosphere in the community is excellent, and the people are very nice. There is plenty of greenery, and security is good with the use of apps for added safety. The lifts are well-maintained, and all modern amenities are available. There are no issues with leakage or seepage.
