Maintenance is top-notch, with the overall apartment kept clean and hygienic. Internal and guest parking facilities are available, complementing the outstanding construction quality. Despite past seepage issues, promptly addressed by the committee, maintenance is exceptional, ensuring cleanliness, proper garbage collection, and well-maintained lifts. Moreover, the residents, known for their friendliness and education, actively celebrate various festivals and events each year. read more
