The local facilities in our society are excellent, with plenty of green spaces creating a pleasant ambiance. The atmosphere is peaceful, and the residents are friendly and sociable. Transportation options like cabs and autos are readily available, making commuting easy. We have reliable water and power supply, along with efficient garbage collection that separates wet and dry waste. Ventilation inside the flats is also excellent. Our society boasts well-maintained amenities such as a swimming pool, clubhouse, gym, table tennis, and kids' play area. Access to hospitals and grocery shops is convenient for everyone. read more

Things need improvement

The construction quality leaves much to be desired, as many flats are plagued by seepage and leakage issues, causing inconvenience for residents. Additionally, the maintenance charges in the society are quite high, which adds to the financial burden for residents. read more

Connectivity with cabs and autos is easy in the society if we book Ola and Uber. The water facility is very good. Maintenance charges are reasonable in the society. Amenities like swimming pools, clubhouses, gyms, table tennis, and kids' play areas are available in the society and are well-maintained. We can enjoy the facilities as they are very pleasant in the society. Hospitals are available within 1-2 kilometers from the society. The cleanliness of the society is very good; they maintain hygiene in the society. Security in the society is very good and very secure. read more

Power backup is not available in the society. There is frequent water logging on the terrace, which is very inconvenient. Maintenance of the lifts in the society is not good; the lifts require frequent repairs. read more

The societal environment in this community is excellent. There are more than 20 of plants are there , creating a very spacious feel. Connectivity is within 1 km, with ATMs, schools, bus stops, supermarkets, and milk dairies nearby. The road quality is good, and there are street lights ensuring proper visibility at night. There is ample parking space, and maintenance includes daily cleaning and door-to-door garbage collection. Water and power supply are reliable. Construction-wise, there are no issues; ample ventilation and sunlight are available in our rooms. Basic amenities like a swimming pool, gym, clubhouse, and kids' play area are provided. During the COVID times, people here are helpful and friendly. read more
