Good things here

All public transports are easily available around the society like auto, buses and cabs are easily accessible. The connectivity is excellent around the society. Market areas, grocery store, schools, restaurants all are nearby the society. The society maintainance is very good, it's kept clean and hygine is maintained properly. Any issues that arise are promptly resolved on time. Garbage collection is done on time. Pest control is done on time. CCTV cameras are installed. Security system is very good in the society. Lifts are available and it functional properly. There is no major problem in water and electricity supply, it's always available. Rooms are very well ventilated. The neighbours are very good and cooperative in the society. I like the parking spacee in the society. Visitor's parking is also available. Amenities like gym, swimmingpool, club house, play area for kids are available in the society. People are friendly, educated and cooperative, all the cultural festivals and events are also celebrated together. read more

The construction quality of the buildings is good, Some flats have got seepage and leakage issues. Stray dog issues are faced a lot in the society but security manages that part. read more

The society, though 12 years old, lacks satisfactory construction quality. It lacks water harvesting facilities, relying instead on tanker water supply. Additionally, the positioning of front buildings exposes residents to road pollution and noise disturbances. Evenings witness significant traffic congestion outside the society. The gym is poorly maintained, and there are complaints of drainage odors in washrooms and kitchen sinks. There is a lot of issue traffic issue faced, public transport are not available thiere are also problem with maintainance, its is very poor, issues are there but are not resolved timely. There is problem in the construction as well because the material used is not of good quality. Amenities are also not great. People are not nice here. Society is just below the average. read more
