The nearest good hospitals are close, the retail centres are 1.5 km away, the police station is around 5 km away, and the metro hasn't yet begun in this region.

Tondiarpet is a very convenient location in Chennai. It is well connected to all of the city's key locations. And Tondiarpet is a neighbourhood in Chennai that is quite nicely developed. The Apollo Hospital is nearby.
