I was also impressed by the sturdy construction and spacious flats, although I did notice that the amenities were somewhat limited. The area, near Sector 52 across from Tau Devi Lal Biodiversity Park, has convenient visitor parking and friendly security guards. There's also a park and play area, perfect for family outings. However, the power keeps going out even though they claim to have backup, which is worrying, especially in the hot summer months. Because of this, I'm thinking about leaving sooner than planned. read more

There have been frequent problems with the backup system, despite the hefty charges for it, causing disruptions, particularly in the summer. While the construction quality of the flats is good and they're spacious, the amenities are somewhat lacking. the maintenance fees are a bit high. read more
