The society of this residence is so green and has considerable space for gardening. The place is so calm for meditation and yoga as well. I will do meditation here every morning. The a huge space of jogging and walking track here. They proposed us to ad basketball, football courts, cricket grounds, badminton court in this campus. They also offered us some additional conveniences like Arrival Court, Traditional Games, Seating Alcoves, Hobby Pavilion etc. The construction is very good with the best fittings and fixtures of buildings and other structures as well. read more

I am a future dweller of this upcoming estate and I'm happy with their services and proposals for upcoming conveniences so much. I think It will give me a proper home-like feeling as well. The developers till now gave the best qualities of indulgences and maintenance to everyone. The under constructed rooms have ample spaces to live and are well ventilated too. They offered us attached balconies with every flats. The elevators are so fastest. Overall all the settlements are quite good as well. read more

Some negative factors that I should include here that are several patholes that have been occurred in the internal roads in this region as the local people reported and that can create road accidents also. During monsoon, the potholes get filled with water and create huge difficulty to pass by. Most if the time, water supply gets intermittently affected due to lack of rainfall in summer. read more

The major growth drivers of the city is the booming IT sector that is generating numerous jobs and the place is so close to some popular IT companies which will be hugely beneficial for me as an employee. Airport is also 20 km away from my future home.
