Good things here

The locality of the apartment was excellent, with local transportation easily accessible near the society. The build quality was great, with no problems regarding leakage or seepage in the society. All festivals and functions were celebrated in the society. There was 24/7 water and electricity supply available. Garbage was collected daily and routinely, with proper waste management in place, including the segregation of wet and dry garbage. Allocated parking for both owners and visitors was available in the society. read more

Things need improvement

The rent in the society was quite high, and the metro was far from the society. The amenities like the hall, pool, and kids' play area were small in size. The gym was not well-equipped. Overall, the amenities were not great compared to the price charged for their use. Power cuts were an issue, and although power backup facilities were available, there were additional charges associated�with�them. read more

Great news! Ola and Uber now serve the society, making commuting even easier. Traffic isn't a problem near the society, and we take pride in keeping our surroundings clean. With round-the-clock water availability, residents can rest assured. The community here is friendly, and we love coming together to celebrate festivals. Our lifts are well-maintained, and we enjoy all modern amenities. Parking is ample for both residents and visitors, and the buildings are well-painted, adding to the overall appeal. read more

Auto-rickshaws aren't readily available outside the society, which can be inconvenient. Additionally, due to the aging of the buildings, seepage has become a concern recently. read more
