Connectivity here is good; cabs are easily available within a walkable distance if I book them in advance. Water facilities are very good, and there is also power backup available. Garbage collection is very good; they collect waste daily and keep the area clean. Amenities like a swimming pool, clubhouse, gym, table tennis, kids' play area, and indoor games are available in the society. Maintenance charges are reasonable. Parking areas are very convenient. Hospitals are within a walkable distance, making it very convenient for emergencies. read more

Things need improvement

Public transportation like buses is far from the society, around 1-2 kilometers, which is very inconvenient. The metro station is even farther away, approximately 7-8 kilometers from here. There is no visitors' parking in the society. However, there is traffic outside the society. read more

Good things here

As a former resident who stayed there 3 years ago, I found the connectivity to be very good. There were no issues with getting around, and maintenance was handled well with regular cleaning and garbage collection. These aspects made living there a bit easier despite other issues. read more

Things need improvement

When I lived there 3 years ago, there were many problems. The place had cockroaches, termites, and some cracks in the walls. The clubhouse was not functional, and the association and management were harsh, biased, and not great at all. This made it very hard for us to live there, so we eventually left the society. The neighbourhood was very bad as well. read more

Amenities like swimming pool, gym , club house and park are available in the society. People in the society are quite friendly , they celebrate all the festivals together. Good water , electricity supply and proper garbage collection. Good security and parking facilities. Society has good connectivity with availability of cabs , autos and public transport nearby. read more

Things need improvement

Its an old building hence there is some leakage , seepage issue in the apartments . No other issues in the society ,which can create major problems for residents living here. read more
