The Malibu Rising City apartments are really well maintained and have good security. Everything is easily accessible and it is worth the investment. This is a really nice gated community with approximately 140 families with all amenities such as a pool, tennis court, play area, security, community centre, parking, and so on.

A very residential apartment to stay with the family. There is a lot of open space inside the campus that allows good sunlight into the houses. There is a kid’s play area and the security is really good.

It is a very good gated community with limited flats. Overall there are about 140 families living here and everyone is quite friendly. The security is good and the guard does not allow everyone inside. The amenities provided are excellent.

Malibu Rising City is a nice residential complex with some of the best amenities. The apartments are located close to grocery shops and vegetable market. Security wise, there are guards at the entrance and CCTVs are placed in a few common areas.

The apartments are really good. The rooms are spacious and the ventilation is great. Malibu Rising City is also close to supermarkets, schools and malls. Different people from many cultures and states reside here. Peaceful location away from pollution.
