Good things here
Security is very prompt and on there feet if you have any complain regarding anything to take action. proper garbage disposible has been adopted so society is neat and clean. metro station construction is going on in just front of the gate . rooms of the apartment are spacious and comfortable. read more

Lots of religion discrimination is there regarding religion ,If we talk about cosmopolitan,so cosmopolitan building is just for name. Maintenance of the amenities can be imrpove,library is not functional since years. parking issues are also there in the society. read more

Connectivity of the society is good, public transports like auto, cabs are easily available outside the society. General markets and groceries are available nearby the society Metro station is available at a walkable distance. Water supply issues and water logging issues are not faced in the society. the drainage system is good in the society. power backup is available for 24*7 in the society. Electricity issues are not faced at all. Garbage collections are done on time in the society. Society is kept clean and hygine is maintained properly. Basement parking is available. Security system is good in the society. Security guards are available. CCTV and lifts are properly functional. Amenities and facilities like gym, park, club house play area for kids are available and these are functional in the society. Open spaces are available in the society. festivals and events are celebrated together in the society. read more

The society is on the highway for which vehicle noises are heard but it depends on which floor the apartment is situated. For super markets, malls some travelling is needed, it is not near the society. Paintings are mostly not done on time, as society is new.
