PROs Located in a well-developed neighbourhood. Reasonably well cared for. Low maintenance fee Excellent social environment CONs Land is supposed to be in Katha A, but the construction is in Katha B There is no reliable water supply. The low maintenance fee places a burden on the maintenance, which is obvious.

I was a tenant here. We didn't enjoy it because the flat we resided in received little natural light and we had to keep the lights on in the morning. It wasn't a healthy environment. I wouldn't suggest it.
