The roads are in excellent condition, illuminated by street lights. Adequate parking space is available. The construction is well-designed, offering ventilated rooms with ample sunlight in balconies. Maintenance includes regular cleaning and daily garbage collection. Water and power supply are uninterrupted 24/7. Amenities like basketball, lawn tennis, table tennis, children's play area, gym, swimming pool, and clubhouse enrich the living experience. read more

The society had CCTV and security guards, making it safe. Cleanliness was maintained, and the residents were cooperative, celebrating festivals together. There were no issues with leakage or seepage, and the construction quality was good. There was no issue with water supply, and the lifts were well-maintained. read more

Things need improvement

The society complex did not have an inside gym and swimming pool; the society's swimming pool and gym were outside the complex, a 2-3 minute walk away, which was not convenient sometimes. Autos were not available near the society, and cabs were often canceled. read more
