All the amenities are present inside the society and there is no requirement to go anywhere outside the society still, colleges, schools, hospitals, malls, and other famous educational institutes are nearby. It would be better if the inside roads are cleaned regularly. There are hardly any problems if you choose to stay here, the mobile network is good and the booked cabs reach here in no time as there are no traffic problems or traffic jams. read more

Egmore, located on the northern banks of the Cooum River, is a neighbourhood of Chennai in Tamil Nadu, India. It is an important residential, commercial and transportation hub of the state. The approximate area of the city is 2.81 sq. km, with an estimated population of 85687 (in 2020). It lies near the thermal equator and coasts, preventing extreme seasonal temperature variations, and Egmore experiences a tropical wet and dry climate. The city coordinates are 13.078°N and 80.259°E.
