Despite being 10 years old, there haven't been any construction issues, thanks to the high-quality materials used. I've never encountered problems like seepage or water leakage, which speaks to the durability of the building. Maintenance services are top-notch; everything is properly taken care of, from garbage collection to cleanliness and security. The amenities, like the club, gym, and park, are all well-maintained and contribute to a high quality of life.
