I am deeply disappointed with the service provided by this apartment management. We made a booking for an apartment back in December 2020, and it's now July 2023, and there has been no update whatsoever regarding the apartment handover or obtaining the Occupancy Certificate (OC). This level of inefficiency and lack of communication is unacceptable. Whenever we tried to inquire about the possession date, the management treated us rudely and seemed completely disinterested in our concerns. It's astonishing that they expect customers to wait for such an extended period without any clear explanation or timeline for the handover. The lack of transparency and professionalism is appalling, and it reflects poorly on the management's competence and commitment to customer satisfaction. I cannot fathom how they can neglect their responsibilities to this extent. Throughout this entire ordeal, we have been left in the dark, feeling frustrated and deceived. I can confidently say that this has been one of the worst experiences we have ever had with any property management company. I strongly advise potential customers to steer clear of this establishment unless they enjoy being treated with disrespect and facing uncertainty about their property investment. It's clear that the management prioritizes their own convenience over the well-being and peace of mind of their customers. In conclusion, this has been an absolute nightmare of an experience, and I cannot emphasize enough how disappointed I am with the lack of professionalism, communication, and consideration from the management. Save yourself the stress and look elsewhere for a property management company that values its customers and takes their responsibilities seriously. read more

Investing in Arsis Green Management is a waste of time and money. the sales team provides wrong commitments to the residents and misguides them. The pricing is not fixed and they just make false promises. The project is still under construction and we were supposed to get the position by September 21 but it has been delayed until next year. The location is good but the quality of the products is not up to the mark. I shall recommend all the occupants to check and compare before investing. read more

Arsis Green Hills is located at K R Puram in Bangalore. The residential apartments are well planned, spacious with good amenities. We are interested to book a 3BHK high-class apartment. The project is still under construction and we are hoping to get possession by next year. The location is also excellent and the sales team is very knowledgeable who guided us and convinced us. I would recommend all the residence to check this property and compare it before investing. read more

Arsis Green Hills provides luxury and comfortable for the residents of Bangalore. The location is awesome and the quality of the construction is excellent. The flats are budget-friendly too. I am planning to book a 2BHK apartment hoping to get the handover soon. I booked the two BHK flats in Arsis Green Hill and my family is satisfied. We are getting basic amenities and facilities as promised. The location is desired as its connection with schools, colleges, IT parks, hospitals, market complex, shopping malls. The most important feature that attracted us is the large size of the flat which is spacious and well designed. The complex also provides high security, power backup, 24 hours water supply, CCTV, ATM, Firefighting system, Intercom system and a lot more. We are eagerly waiting for the possession of the flat. read more
