Good things here

Living in this society is great! The maintenance team really knows what they're doing. Water's never an issue, and we've got backup power, so no worries about outages. One thing I love is how they handle the garbage - they're on it every single day, like clockwork. Parking's a breeze too. There's plenty of space for residents, and they even thought about visitors, which is super convenient when you have people over. Oh, and if you're ever under the weather, there are hospitals just a stone's throw away - literally within 2 km. They've got everything - a swimming pool, clubhouse, gym, you name it. There's even a spot for the kids to play and some indoor games for when the weather's not great read more

Things need improvement

Construction quality is poor; there are some seepages and leaks in the society, especially during rainy seasons. There were some leaks in the basement parking area. Public transportation like buses is available around 2-3 kilometers away from the society. Maintenance of the lift is not good; it is always undergoing repairs, which is very inconvenient. read more

The people in our community are friendly and have good interactions. We celebrate various festivals and events together. In terms of connectivity, we have banks, hospitals, supermarkets, and grocery stores within a 2 km radius. The roads are well-maintained, and there's ample parking within our community. Our amenities include table tennis, a basketball court, gym, clubhouse, swimming pool, children's play area, and a community hall. Maintenance is efficient with regular floor cleaning and garbage collection. We enjoy uninterrupted water and power supply, and the lift is well-maintained. Construction-wise, there are no issues with seepage, and my balcony receives proper ventilation. read more

Good things here

I enjoy walking in the evening as the trees and surroundings are lush and green. My children also love spending time outside in the evenings. The connectivity is excellent, allowing us to receive fast deliveries from services like Big Basket and Zepto. Supermarkets, grocery stores, and hospitals are conveniently located within a 2 km distance. The road quality has improved, and the amenities are impressive, including a swimming pool, gym, table tennis, basketball court, yoga room, party hall, walking path, children�s play area, and club house. Maintenance is consistently good, with regular cleaning and daily garbage collection. We have no issues with water or power supply. read more

Local amenities in the vicinity are very good. The infrastructure is also very good in the society. The internet quality is excellent in the society. The flats are very spacious. Facilities are available inside the society. Everything is accessible and convenient. Connectivity is very good; cabs and autos are easily available if booked through Ola or Uber. Construction quality is very good; there are no issues with seepage or leaks in the society. Amenities like swimming pool, clubhouse, gym, and kids' play area are well-maintained and available. Parking areas are very spacious. Visitor parking is also available. read more

I appreciated the regular garbage collection with proper segregation of wet and dry waste. The presence of well-maintained elevators was convenient, and the proper ventilation added to the comfort. Having modern amenities like the gym, clubhouse, and swimming pool available and well-maintained was a definite plus. The neighbors were nice and friendly, creating a pleasant atmosphere. The presence of CCTV cameras and security guards provided a sense of security. read more

During my stay there two years ago, I faced several issues. There was leakage in the walls, which was a significant inconvenience. Network connectivity was unreliable, and I often struggled to get services like Ola, Uber, autos, and cabs. Connectivity to the airport, railway station, and hospitals was also challenging due to the distance. read more
