4.2

Good things here

Living in this society as a tenant would present a mix of advantages and disadvantages. On the positive side, there are well-maintained clubs and gyms featuring advanced facilities, ample parking, lush green surroundings with multiple parks, and commendable construction quality. The gyms are equipped with the latest machines and trainers, offering residents a convenient fitness option. Moreover, shops within the society provide easy access to essential items, enhancing convenience for daily needs. read more

Things need improvement

The lack of nearby metro connectivity can pose transportation challenges for residents, making commuting difficult. Reported high maintenance charges compared to other societies may strain the monthly budget of tenants. The absence of proper playgrounds for children affects the quality of life for families with young ones. The society's power backup service needs improvement, and its non-pet-friendly policy limits accommodation options for pet owners. read more

Things need improvement

The lack of nearby metro connectivity for easy commuting could be a significant inconvenience. They might find the maintenance charges to be high compared to other societies, and the society may not be pet-friendly, limiting their options. The unmaintained parks and inadequate power backup could also be areas of concern, along with the society's old-fashioned architecture requiring frequent repairs. Additionally, the absence of proper space for children to play, the unavailability of nearby schools and colleges, and the lack of metro connectivity might significantly impact their overall experience. read more

3.8

Good things here

There are well-maintained clubs and gyms with top-notch equipment, plenty of parking for both residents and visitors, beautiful green surroundings, and several well-kept parks. The construction quality is highly regarded, providing a sense of security and peace of mind that surpasses other societies. read more

Things need improvement

The absence of nearby metro connectivity for easy commuting is a major downside, as are the high maintenance charges compared to other societies. In addition, the lack of adequate grocery and essential shops within the society, along with poorly maintained parks, decreases convenience for residents. Furthermore, the society's non-pet-friendly policy and reported issues such as seepage, insufficient power backup, subpar plaster and fittings, and the absence of cab/auto facilities within the society further detract from its appeal. read more

4.4

Good things here

Nice society and all the basic amenities like nice clubs, a fancy gym, big parks, and plenty of parking spots. The buildings were well-built with cool features like elevators, backup power, and shops right there. Plus, there were chances to meet people with activities like games and events. But there were some not-so-great things too. Getting around was tough without a nearby metro, and the fees for upkeep were higher than in other places, which could be annoying. read more

Things need improvement

Some parts of the society weren't kept up well, like the parks, and there were problems with things like power backup, not being pet-friendly, and leaks in the buildings. read more
