Good things here

This society is just on the main road so market and clinic ,local transport facilities were easily reachable. Schools and hospitals were around 1. 5km away from the society. Quality of the construction is good as there were seepage issues. Allocated parking was available for owners and visitors. Cleaniness was good proper garbage disposible system has been adopted. There was big terrace in the society which was the best part about the society. read more

Things need improvement

Maintenance facilities are just not good as if any problem occures residents have to fix it on there own and pay by themselves,society dont looks into this matters. There was only few amenities in the society like play area and lift. There were strick rules and regulation like garbage collection also not done at door step you have go down that too for particular time only. Secuity gaurds were really rude and during covid time they were not helpful at all. read more
