Good things here

The locality is very good in the society, with ample greenery and convenient connectivity with cabs and autos easily available. Garbage collection is commendable, as they collect wet and dry waste separately. Amenities such as the gym are well-equipped, and ventilation within the flats is excellent. Having nearby schools within a convenient distance is also beneficial. Additionally, public transportation like buses is available within a walkable distance of around 300 meters from the society. read more

Things need improvement

The construction quality in the society, including seepage problems in both bathrooms and bedrooms of flats. Maintenance charges are high, and parking areas, as well as visitor parking, are congested. The water facility is not satisfactory, with poor water quality due to its sourcing. External issues like cracks on walls are also observed, and the maintenance of the old lift is inadequate. Given that the buildings are around 18 years old, repainting hasn't been done yet. Additionally, amenities such as the swimming pool and clubhouse are not well-maintained. read more

Good things here

Amenities such as the swimming pool, clubhouse, gym, table tennis, and badminton court are well-maintained in the society. Cabs and autos are also available if we book Ola and Uber within the society. Power backup is provided as well. Ventilation within the flats is excellent. Schools are conveniently located nearby, within a 200-meter walking distance from the society. The parking area is very spacious, with designated visitor parking areas. People are friendly and cooperative within the society. read more

Things need improvement

Garbage collection is not satisfactory in the society; it's not done in a timely manner as per the government system, and additional charges may be requested for collection. The water facility is also subpar, as water is sourced through tankers, leading to increased charges due to water issues. The construction quality is poor, given that the buildings are approximately 20 years old, resulting in numerous seepage issues in bathrooms. Additionally, the water quality is very poor, often containing dust particles. read more

We have plenty of greenery with well-maintained trees and plants, creating a pleasant atmosphere. In terms of connectivity, residents can easily access essential facilities like a bus stop, supermarket, vegetable market, and medical shops within 1 km. The street lights are functional, and there's ample parking space available. As for amenities, we've got a range of options including table tennis, a basketball court, a gym, a clubhouse, a swimming pool, a children's play area, a walking track, and a community hall. The people around here are friendly and always willing to help out. Maintenance-wise, we enjoy a reliable 24/7 water and power supply, with garbage collected every day. The lift is in good working condition, and construction-wise, there's proper ventilation and ample sunlight in the balconies. read more
