The residential society is located on the main road and has all the needed amenities. Everything else we need is at a walkable distance. The views from the top floors is just amazing. One can happily enjoy the sun set and sun rise from the balconies.

A very good residential apartment in a prime location. The flats here are very spacious and so are the balconies. Every apartment has a dedicated car parking and the parking provision for visitors is good as well.

Newark Springs is close to a lot of facilities like supermarkets, ATMs, hotels, sweetshops and a lot more. Most of these are at a walkable distance. The market and commercial area is also at a close distance now.

Newark Springs is a good apartment with nice spacious rooms and all the necessities available at a close distance. There is a play area for children inside the apartment and the swimming pool is also of decent size.

Newark Springs has just 72 flats and most of them are owners. We all know each other and everyone is very nice and friendly. The amenities provided here are good, and the place is always kept neat, clean and safe.
