Public transport options like buses, autos, and cabs are readily available, and the roads are in great condition. Plus, having a hospital and market nearby is a huge convenience. Parking is a breeze with designated spots for each resident, and the society�s rules are strictly adhered to, which helps maintain a harmonious environment. Utilities are never an issue; we have 24/7 electricity and water supply without any interruptions. The neighbours are very friendly, making it a pleasant community to be part of. The elevators are well-maintained and always in good working order, which is a big plus. Security is another strong point here. In maintainence I'm not facing any issue, the maintainance services are very good and timely cleanliness and hygine is maintained Regular basis garbage collection is done by the society. There is no major issues regarding power cuts. The society is situated on the main road. The connectivity of the society is amazing as public transports are readily available around the society. The market areas, stores, vegetable market and local shops all are nearby the society. The security system is very good in the society. CCTV cemeras are installed all over the society, there are near about 15 to 16 cameras functional in the society. Lifts are available and properly made. There is no seepage or leakage issues that is faced in the society. Swimming pool, gym, and club house is available in amenities in the society. Open parking space is available, and there are no issues in parking. There is a hall inside the society where festivals and events are celebrated by the people staying in the society. People are overall nice and friendly. read more
