The neighbors are nice, friendly, and humble, and there are no issues with tenants in the society. Connectivity is good with easily available public transport like autos and cabs. There is regular garbage collection with wet and dry segregation, and amenities like schools, hospitals, and markets nearby. Elevators are installed, and there is consistent electricity and water supply. The construction quality is excellent with no seepage or termite issues and proper ventilation. The carpet area is good, and there is a well-maintained garden and play area. read more

I miss the amenities that are common in most societies in this area, such as a gym, swimming pool, or clubhouse. Other than that, everything else is good. read more
