Good things here

Connectivity with cabs and autos is easily available near the society. Maintenance of water facilities is good, and there is reliable power backup in the society. Garbage collection is well-managed, and cleanliness is maintained. Housekeeping services are satisfactory and consistent. Security in the society is very good, ensuring safety. Public transportation like buses is available within a convenient 500 meters, making it easy to commute. People are cooperative and create a pleasant atmosphere in the society. read more

Things need improvement

There are issues with construction quality in the society, leading to some seepage problems on the top floor and cracks in the exterior walls. The gym equipment is not of good quality. Parking is congested and maintenance charges are high. The maintenance staff experience isn't great. The maintenance charges are approximately 3 rupees per square foot. There are no visitor apps in the society. There is no occupation certificate for the 4th floor of the society. Greenery is also scarce. The metro is under consideration and it may be around 3 years later read more

Security, including CCTV, is reliable, and parking, including guest parking, is ample and convenient. Maintenance is well-handled with regular cleaning and garbage collection. The construction quality is solid, and the amenities like the garden, children's play area, swimming pool, and gym are well-maintained. read more

There is a leakage problem in the master bedroom, which is quite bothering. There is pet dog issue in the neighbourhood As the dog's hair flies and comes into our home and kids can get infections from it. read more

Elevator repairs take about a week, repainting hasn't been done in the last 5 years, and not everyone is agreeable, as people have different opinions. read more
