Proactive maintenance is fantastic when I receive advance notice about a water crisis, allowing me to address it promptly. It can be really frustrating when I struggle to find a cab during the summer months. The heat just makes the wait feel even longer. And having to cross the lane to catch a cab adds another layer of inconvenience, especially if the traffic is heavy. It not only slows me down but also poses safety concerns. read more
