Things need improvement

there is NO metro in Kannur, and one need to drive his own transportation (Car) or hire vehicles to go to Kannur Airport. Otherwise, all daily and special facilities such as schools, Hospitals, Markets and Malls are adjacent to this Property. read more

This area offers excellent connectivity to schools, hospitals, the railway station and local markets, as well as shopping malls. the renowned Allen coaching institute is nearby as well as other institute also making it convenient for students. The surroundings are clean and green, with minimal pollution and noise. The roads are well-maintained and there are noise issues with waterlogging during the rainy season. read more
