The housing society meets my expectations quite well. Its strategic location ensures great accessibility, and the maintenance team is responsive to residents' concerns. The construction quality is commendable. My residence here has been a positive experience, largely due to the agreeable community atmosphere. read more

Things need improvement

I'm disappointed with the maintenance services in this society. Response times to repair requests are frustratingly slow, often taking weeks for even simple fixes. When maintenance staff do show up, their work is often subpar, requiring multiple follow-ups. Common areas frequently suffer from neglect � broken gym equipment remains unrepaired, landscaping is unkempt, and cleanliness in shared spaces is inconsistent.
