The society is exceptionally well-connected with both local and public transport options. It boasts modern amenities and excellent build quality. The managing committee is attentive in resolving issues, and the society is consistently neat, clean, and well-maintained. The connectivity of the society is good, public transports like auto, buses, cabs are available at a walkable distance outside the society. Nearby local shops, super markets and grocery stores, schools, restaurants are available outside the society. The society is maintained and kept clean, hygine is properly maintained. Drinking water is available 24*7 in the society. Water supply is good. Garbage collection is done on time everyday. Other facilities like gym, swimming pool, club house, play area for kids are available in the society. Security system is good, CCTV is available. Security guards are available. Security apps are used. People are friendly and cooperative, cultural events and festivals are celebrated together in the society. read more

Things need improvement

Malls is not nearby the society. The constructuion quality is average, issues like seepage, leakage and plaster issues are faced in the society but it is taken care of by the management. read more

connectivity is good like auto cabs are available easily and even though railway station is near by society .allocated parking was there for resident and visitors.amenities was great and well maintained.society was neat and clean read more

Good things here

24/7 water supply and electricity is available . amenities are top notch . time to time painting is done,society is very neat clean and hygenic. parking space is given for residence and visitors. read more

Bachlores are not allowed in the society for renting purpose . repairing and painting work is going on in the society,ealier there was water supply issue for 3 days but commitee has aranged tanker for the resident. read more

The railway station within walking distance, with readily available cabs and autos. Additionally, the maintenance of the apartment is commendable, maintaining a neat, clean, and hygienic environment. read more

Things need improvement

The clubhouse and swimming pool are currently not operational. Although previous residents faced leakage issues, those seem to have been resolved. However, there are ongoing problems with power cuts. read more
