I really value the excellent connectivity here, making autos and cabs easily accessible. The well-maintained roads are a big plus, and having a school, hospital, and market nearby adds convenience. Each resident having designated parking is great, and I appreciate how well the community adheres to rules. The regular garbage collection, with separate disposal for wet and dry waste, is efficiently handled. We enjoy reliable electricity and water supply, and the amenities like the gym, clubhouse, and swimming pool are always well-kept. The neighbors are friendly, and as a tenant, I've felt warmly welcomed without any sense of discrimination. read more

Things need improvement

During my stay about a year ago, I did encounter issues like cockroaches, termites, and cracks in my apartment, which were uncomfortable. The distance to the railway station remains inconvenient, though overall, my experience has been positive. read more

I lived there for 4 and a half years and had a great experience. There are schools, hospitals, and markets nearby, and each resident has designated parking. The connectivity is good, with public transport like buses, autos, and cabs easily available. The garbage collection is regular, with proper wet and dry segregation. Elevators are installed and maintained, and there is 24/7 electricity and water supply. The construction quality is excellent, with no seepage or termite issues, and the plaster and fittings are good. There are amenities like a gym and clubhouse, and the neighbors are friendly. CCTV cameras and security guards are also available. read more

The drainage system, however, is a major issue. I've never seen so many cockroaches in my life, which was quite unsettling. Aside from that, everything else was good. read more

The people in the community are quite friendly and they gather together to celebrate all the holidays. No problems with the building, such as seepage, leaks, or cracks.
