The connectivity of the society is good, public transports like auto, bus, cabs are available at a walkable distance outside the society. Traffic issues are not faced outside the society. The society is maintained and kept clean, hygine is properly maintained. Garbages collection is done on time. Water supply is good in the society. Drinking water is avilable for 24*7 in the society. No such electricity issues are faced in the society. Power backup is avilable in the society. Drainage system is good in the society, water logging issues are not faced. Pest control was done on time. The constructuion quality is good, issues like seepage, leakage and plaster issues are not faced in the society. Balcony is available. Other facilities like swimmingpool, parks, play area for kids are available in the society. Lift is available and maintained properly in the society. Nearby local shops, super markets and grocery stores, schools, restaurants are not available outside the society. Road quality outside the society is not good. Gym and club house is not available in the society. read more

Frequent power cuts are an issue, and while there is backup power, it only covers common areas.
