I had booked a premium apartment. At first, they delayed the project. Now, there is a lot of water shortage in the area and the parking space is not enough. The road is also not maintained. We also face lot of traffic problems.

I had booked 2 BHK apartment. The location is quite decent and a transportation system is available. Facilities and amenities have made our lives much easier. The environment is quite peaceful and if you like to socialize.

The project was delayed and I visited various projects but I found this one is the best. The apartment is well constructed, airy and spacious. ATM, markets, schools, colleges are nearby. There is high security inside the complex. The public transport facilities are excellent too.

The flats are well maintained and budget friendly with generator facilities. The metro and bus connectivity are nice and the staffs are also good. The security system is also great. Gym facility and swimming pool are also available.
