There are a total of 46 flats in this society, each well-designed with good privacy, as there are no common walls between them. The ventilation within the society is excellent. Connectivity to various places is outstanding, with easy access to KR Puram and Whitefield, both within a 5km radius. Shantiniketan is approximately 3km away. Additionally, there are 7 to 8 schools located within a 2km radius, and the nearest metro station is just 5 minutes away. The maintenance of the society is top-notch, garbage disposal is timely, and there are 24/7 power backups. The surroundings are well-kept and clean. Although there were some initial construction issues, the builder promptly addressed all complaints, ensuring good construction quality. The society has various amenities, including a clubhouse, swimming pool, gym, and kids' play area. read more

The management initially decided to install solar panels but later withdrew from the solar installation, which is not ideal. Furthermore, the public transportation options are quite distant from the community. read more

Location is a huge advantage. There are schools, colleges within walking distance. Connectivity via metro and rod is seamless. This is a open spaced socitety with less than 60 apartments with each block has only 4 floors. The amenities are functional and well maintained. read more
