The society's strategic location, right off the main road, ensures excellent connectivity and easy access to public transportation options like buses, autos, and cabs. The well-maintained roads further enhance the overall commuting experience. One aspect that stands out to me is the efficient garbage collection system, which includes segregating wet and dry waste, thus ensuring cleanliness and hygiene within our community. Furthermore, the presence of elevators ensures accessibility for residents of all ages. Moreover, the commendable construction quality, along with proper ventilation and the absence of termite issues, creates a comfortable living environment. The connectivity was excellent as the society was connected to the highway, making autos readily available, and the roads around the society were in good condition with no traffic issues. The residents were friendly, creating a pleasant atmosphere in the society. The lifts were well-maintained, and there was ample greenery. Security was good, and parking facilities were also satisfactory. read more

In the society, every flat had issues with leakage and seepage. There was a significant problem with water supply, especially during summers, and if there was going to be a shortage of water on any day, the society management did not inform the residents in advance. Additionally, the cleanliness standards were not up to the mark. read more

Good things here
Access to the metro and auto-rickshaws is convenient near the society, and there's even a bus stop right below our building. The society is kept clean, and there are ongoing repairs for painting and fixing leakage/seepage issues. We have all the modern amenities like a clubhouse, park, and gym, and there's plenty of parking available. The people living here are friendly, and the lifts are well taken care of. read more

There's no parking for visitors inside the society; they have to park outside. The flats here don't have balconies. The local railway station is about 10km away. read more

Good things here
Market area is 10 to 15 minutes away from the society and autos, cabs are easily available. The society is clean also. All cultural events are celebrated very well. cctv cameras installed and has security. Gym, swimming pool and all other modern amenities are present in the society. read more
Things need improvement
Though everything is great in society some issues which I face are that since metro is under construction some traffic issue arises and there is also problems regarding seepage issues. Apart from these issue I don't face any other issues. read more
