All the facilities within our society are indeed quite impressive. I've personally found the flats to be well-ventilated and spacious, providing a comfortable living space. The maintenance services provided by the society have been excellent, ensuring that the surroundings are always clean and well-maintained. One aspect that I particularly appreciate is the timely garbage collection, which helps maintain cleanliness and hygiene within the society. Additionally, having amenities like a gym, swimming pool, and garden available and well-maintained adds to the overall quality of life here. Things need improvement

Living in Pratham Vatika society, I've personally experienced the challenges posed by poor connectivity in the area. The lack of nearby schools, hospitals, and markets makes it inconvenient for daily errands and access to essential services. Moreover, the deteriorated state of the surrounding roads due to construction work often leads to heavy traffic issues, causing further inconvenience. During heavy rains, waterlogging becomes a significant problem, making it difficult to navigate and leave the area safely. Additionally, the absence of a nearby metro station exacerbates these connectivity challenges, making it challenging to access public transportation for commuting purposes. read more

There are no issues with leakage or seepage in the flats, and ventilation is good. Water is available 24/7, and the society is clean. Festivals are celebrated, and there are no traffic issues. read more

Things need improvement

The roads outside the society are in poor condition, with potholes. Autos are not readily available. The construction quality of the flats is very poor, with less cement and more sand used, causing walls to crumble easily. The swimming pool is small, there is no gym, and the play area and garden are also small. The residents are not very cooperative. read more

Bacho ke khelne ke liye amenities nahi hai, no playgrounds, no clubhouse, no swimming pool or gym. society maintainance ke andar water seepage and water leaking cover nahi hoti. read more
