All public transportation options like autos, buses, rickshaws, and cabs are easily accessible right outside the society, ensuring good connectivity. Nearby, you'll find markets, grocery stores, malls, and restaurants for your convenience. Hospitals are also close by for any medical needs. The area is well-lit with functioning street lights. Seepage and leakage issues are not observed in the flats, indicating good construction quality. My flat is spacious with ample sunlight in all rooms. We have round-the-clock water supply and electricity in the society. Amenities like gardens, walking areas, and play areas for kids are available. Assigned parking spaces are provided. The greenery is well-maintained. Additionally, all amenities such as the gym, swimming pool, and clubhouse are available and well-maintained. read more

The society has good connectivity with easily available public transport and well-maintained roads. There is regular garbage collection with wet and dry garbage segregation. The market is nearby, and the construction quality is commendable with no seepage or termite issues. Proper ventilation is ensured, and the gym and clubhouse are available and well-maintained. read more

The major issue in the society is the water supply, which is available only in the morning and evening for 2 hours. The electricity supply is sometimes disrupted, though it's manageable. There is no swimming pool. While most neighbours are generally good, a few are quite difficult to deal with. Other than these issues, everything is fine. read more

Connectivity-wise, the society is good. Public transport is easily available. The construction quality is good, with ample ventilation and sunlight. There are no seepage issues to speak of. There's an adequate supply of water and electricity, and garbage disposal and collection are done on time. All amenities such as the gym, swimming pool, clubhouse, and lifts are available in the society. read more

In the society, there are no balconies in the flats. People's dependency varies; some are good, while others are not so good. Personally, I don't have much time to interact with others. There's also an issue with parking; proper parking spaces are not allotted. read more

Bus, car, and train connections are excellent. The cleaning, rubbish collection, and elevator maintenance are all completed and maintained in a very hygienic manner. The flat is well-built, with no seepages or leaks. read more

Things need improvement

There is only one Wi-Fi broadband vendor of Jio only, no other vendors are available or provides services. Network issue is also there as the internet does not work proper there is a fluctuation signal. read more

Chembur is a suburb of Eastern Mumbai that changed from an industrial suburb to a residential hub over the years since Independence. Chembur is an old and fully developed suburban area located in the Eastern part of Mumbai at a distance of approximately 15km from the central part of the city. The name of this place is believed to have been derived from the Marathi word 'Chimboree' meaning large crab. Chembur was originally on the north-western corner of Trombay Island before the land reclamation project took place. The railway line for Chembur was first opened to passengers in 1924 and was made part of Greater Bombay in 1945. This place also has a history of having hosted refugees after independence and following partition. The growth and gradual development of residential areas occurred after the industrialisation of Trombay during war. Chembur eventually transformed from an industrial suburb to primarily a residential area after the construction of the Township Colony, Shell Colony and Station Colony undertaken by the Bombay Housing Board. Today Chembur is home to many more such colonies like BPCL, Tata Colony, Pestom, Indian Oil Nagar, HPCL, Chedda Nagar, Tilak Nagar etc. One can also find several independent houses in Chembur in combination with modern high rises and plenty of open spaces – something that is so difficult to find in Mumbai.One of the many notable landmarks and one of the biggest green cover areas for this locality is the Bombay Presidency Golf Club. Numerous well-developed suburbs can be seen nearby Chembur locality which includes Kurla, Deonar, Chunabhatti and Ghatkopar. Reasons to invest in Chembur:The building of the monorail, elevated road and the Eastern Freeway has significantly contributed to the fast paced growth of one of Mumbai's greenest suburbs.
