One of the standout features for me was the absence of common issues like ceiling problems and seepage. It might seem minor, but not having to deal with these issues made a significant difference in my daily life. It spoke volumes about the efficiency of the maintenance team and the care taken to ensure residents' comfort. The presence of reliable lift and CCTV security further elevated the living experience. Leaving such a perfect living situation was a difficult decision, but unfortunately, it was necessitated by circumstances beyond my control, such as a transfer. Overall, the maintenance of the society was good, and the people living here are kind and friendly. It's great that we celebrate cultural events like Diwali, Holi, and Durga Puja together. Connectivity is also good, with everything easily accessible, and those who commute daily have access to public transport. Amenities like gyms, clubhouses, and swimming pools are available and in good condition. There are no issues with seepage or leakage in the society, and the parking area has sufficient space for everyone's vehicles. Nearby, we have grocery shops, schools, colleges, medical stores, and hospitals, so everything we need is close by. Plus, there are no communication or network issues in the area, and security is strict, with elevators and CCTV cameras in good condition. Overall, everything is easily accessible, making living here convenient and comfortable. read more

Good things here

In my flat, there is no issue of leakage or seepage. The society has all modern amenities and they are well-maintained. The residents are decent, and festivals are celebrated together. Cleanliness is maintained, and the lifts are regularly serviced. The ventilation in the flat is good, allowing ample sunlight. read more

Things need improvement

Public transport is not readily available from the society, and it takes a long time for cabs to arrive. The water supply from PMC is not sufficient; tankers have to be called for additional water. There is very little greenery, and there should be more. Other people in the flats have leakage and seepage issues. read more
