Good things here

If you need to go somewhere nearby from the society, you can easily find autos. The society is clean, the lifts are well-maintained, and there is a garden. The people are nice; we celebrate Navaratri together. Water is available 24/7, and there is sufficient parking for everyone. The ventilation in my flat is good. read more

Things need improvement

The construction quality of the society is very poor because it's an old society, and there are significant issues with leakage. Autos are not readily available for long distances. The roads outside the society are not maintained well. Additionally, there are no amenities like a gym or swimming pool in the society. read more

When i used to live there they do not seggregate wet and dry waste but I think they have started something like that but I am not sure about that. elevators are 11 plus years old and are not well maintained. termite problem recently started in few homes, gym and culb house are not well maintain also club house has very few indoor games. Painting is not done outside the building and maintainance is poor I think they should look towards maintainance. read more

Good things here

I'm really fortunate to be living in such a great society. The connectivity here is fantastic, with easy access to public transport options like autos, cabs, and buses. And having well-maintained roads means I never have to worry about waterlogging or traffic issues. The quality of construction in our society is impressive, and I appreciate the well-ventilated flats that make living here so comfortable.
