The elevators in the society work properly, with no major issues reported, ensuring convenient access for residents. Rooms are properly ventilated with access to sunlight, and the construction quality of the buildings is commendable. There have been no issues with seepage, leakage, or water logging, indicating a well-built infrastructure. There are no reported issues with water supply or electricity, with sufficient availability maintained at all times. The connecting main road is in bad condition and it becomes very difficult for us to travel. Society is not kept clean and maintenance is not done properly. Water supply is a problem as water is not received on time. Immediate actions are not taken by the society if any issues arise. Sometimes parking problems are faced as the area is limited. There are no Amenities like gym, swimmingpool, club house available in the society. read more

Good things here

There are Market areas, grocery store, schools all are nearby the society. Regularly Garbage collection is done on time. Water and electricity is always available. Parking space is alloted to all. Water supply and electricity is available for 24*7 in the society. The constructuion quality is good in the society, issues like seepage, leakage and plaster issues are not faced in my appartment. Ventilation is very nice with so many windows. Sunlight comes properly. Security guards are available. CCTV cameras are installed. There is a ground and small park is available. All the cultural festivals and events are also celebrated together, people are overall friendly. read more

Society is not kept clean and maintenance is not done properly. Lifts are very dirty. There are no Amenities like gym, swimmingpool, club house available in the society. public transports like auto, bus, rikshaws are easily not accessible outside the society. The connectivity is not good. There are no hospitals near the society. read more

The society has several advantages. It's well-connected, with schools, hospitals, and markets nearby. Public transport options like buses and cabs are easily available, and the roads are in good condition. Each resident has designated parking, and elevators are installed. The neighbors are very friendly, and we�ve been living here for a long time. Additionally, CCTV cameras and security guards provide a sense of security. read more

Things need improvement

Unfortunately, there are some major drawbacks. The maintenance here is pretty much a disaster nothing is managed properly, from garbage collection to cleanliness. The construction quality leaves a lot to be desired, with significant seepage issues in the apartments. And on top of that, there are no amenities in the society, which is really disappointing. read more

The society is currently under construction, which has led to several challenges due to the lack of management. Without a management committee in place, issues like delayed garbage collection, poor cleanliness, neglected gardens, and water supply problems persist. Furthermore, the absence of essential services aggravates these problems for residents. Adding to the inconvenience, the surrounding roads are in very bad shape, often damaged by ongoing construction activities in nearby societies. read more
