Good things here
There are Market areas, grocery store, schools all are nearby the society. Regularly Garbage collection is done on time. Water and electricity is always available. Parking space is alloted to all. Water supply and electricity is available for 24*7 in the society. The constructuion quality is good in the society, issues like seepage, leakage and plaster issues are not faced in my appartment. Ventilation is very nice with so many windows. Sunlight comes properly. Security guards are available. CCTV cameras are installed. There is a ground and small park is available. All the cultural festivals and events are also celebrated together, people are overall friendly. read more

The society has several advantages. It's well-connected, with schools, hospitals, and markets nearby. Unfortunately, there are some major drawbacks. The maintenance here is pretty much a disaster nothing is managed properly, from garbage collection to cleanliness. The construction quality leaves a lot to be desired, with significant seepage issues in the apartments. And on top of that, there are no amenities in the society, which is really disappointing. read more

The society is currently under construction, which has led to several challenges due to the lack of management. Without a management committee in place, issues like delayed garbage collection, poor cleanliness, neglected gardens, and water supply problems persist. Furthermore, the absence of essential services aggravates these problems for residents. Adding to the inconvenience, the surrounding roads are in very bad shape, often damaged by ongoing construction activities in nearby societies. read more
