Good things here
The maintenance services provided by the society are commendable, with timely cleanliness and hygiene maintained throughout the premises. Regular garbage collection adds to the cleanliness of the environment. The presence of CCTV cameras installed all over the society enhances security and surveillance, contributing to the safety of residents. The elevators in the society work properly, with no major issues reported, ensuring convenient access for residents. Rooms are properly ventilated with access to sunlight, and the construction quality of the buildings is commendable. There have been no issues with seepage, leakage, or water logging, indicating a well-built infrastructure. There are no reported issues with water supply or electricity, with sufficient availability maintained at all times. Residents have access to amenities such as gardens, parks, and a club house, enhancing recreational opportunities within the society.
Things need improvement
There are very limited options in nearby local shops, supermarkets, grocery stores, schools, and restaurants, which may inconvenience residents who rely on these facilities for daily needs and services. The connectivity to the surrounding areas is not that good, which may make it challenging for residents to access other parts of the city easily, especially for commuting or recreational purposes. The society does not offer amenities such as a swimming pool, park, or club house. There is no basement parking available in the society, and parking space is very limited.

Good things here
The easy accessibility of public transportation options like auto-rickshaws, buses, and rickshaws right outside the society ensures hassle-free commuting for residents. Moreover, the proximity of market areas, grocery stores, and schools adds to the convenience of daily life. Regular garbage collection, round-the-clock availability of water and electricity, and allocated parking space further enhance the quality of living in the society. The well-maintained lifts, good construction quality, and proper ventilation ensure a pleasant and safe living environment for all residents. Additionally, the presence of security guards, CCTV cameras, emergency exits, and fire extinguishers contributes to the overall safety and security of the society. The availability of a ground and a small park provides spaces for recreation and relaxation within the society, fostering a sense of community among residents. Furthermore, the celebration of cultural festivals and events together adds to the vibrant and friendly atmosphere of the society.
Things need improvement
The connecting main road is in bad condition and it becomes very difficult for us to travel. Society is not kept clean and maintenance is not done properly. Water supply is a problem as water is not received on time. Immediate actions are not taken by the society if any issues arise. Sometimes parking problems are faced as the area is limited. There are no Amenities like gym, swimmingpool, club house available in the society.

Good things here
There are Market areas, grocery store, schools all are nearby the society. Regularly Garbage collection is done on time. Water and electricity is always available. Parking space is alloted to all. Water supply and electricity is available for 24*7 in the society. The constructuion quality is good in the society, issues like seepage, leakage and plaster issues are not faced in my appartment. Ventilation is very nice with so many windows. Sunlight comes properly. Security guards are available. CCTV cameras are installed. There is a ground and small park is available. All the cultural festivals and events are also celebrated together, people are overall friendly.
Things need improvement
Society is not kept clean and maintenance is not done properly. Lifts are very dirty. There are no Amenities like gym, swimmingpool, club house available in the society. public transports like auto, bus, rikshaws are easily not accessible outside the society. The connectivity is not good. There are no hospitals near the society.

Good things here
The society has several advantages. It's well-connected, with schools, hospitals, and markets nearby. Public transport options like buses and cabs are easily available, and the roads are in good condition. Each resident has designated parking, and elevators are installed. The neighbors are very friendly, and we�ve been living here for a long time. Additionally, CCTV cameras and security guards provide a sense of security.
Things need improvement
Unfortunately, there are some major drawbacks. The maintenance here is pretty much a disaster nothing is managed properly, from garbage collection to cleanliness. The construction quality leaves a lot to be desired, with significant seepage issues in the apartments. And on top of that, there are no amenities in the society, which is really disappointing.

Good things here
The location of the society is excellent. Nearby, there are schools, colleges, hospitals, and everything else you might need. Public transport is also easily accessible, making connectivity around the society very convenient.
Things need improvement
The society is currently under construction, which has led to several challenges due to the lack of management. Without a management committee in place, issues like delayed garbage collection, poor cleanliness, neglected gardens, and water supply problems persist. Furthermore, the absence of essential services aggravates these problems for residents. Adding to the inconvenience, the surrounding roads are in very bad shape, often damaged by ongoing construction activities in nearby societies.

I enjoy this area since it is very safe at night, especially for girls and women, in Naroda. There is theft or the potential for robbery. Additionally, this area is highly hygienic and clean. The cleaning crew arrives each morning and removes all street waste (pwd).

Every street is well-lit at night and has street lambs. Oh, I adore this area. The greatest option is to live in Ahmedabad. I've spent the last ten years or so living in this neighbourhood. And trust me, the essential amenities and modifications to the landscape are all readily available to you nearby and available 24 hours a day.
