With car parking, G+4 has been approved by the BBMP and contains 40% open space. All of the amenities are within walking distance of the premises. The apartments are reasonably priced. The management is also responsive and delivers results quickly. There are numerous shops, parks, jogging tracks, and a large green area, all of which contribute to a healthy lifestyle. The roads are well connected and everything is nearby like you can go to the nearest mall in a few minutes only.

Apart from the plentiful OYO rooms, Treebo Trend and Fabexpress Suites are popular nearby hotels. Lots of greenery along with good quality construction of homes and good connectivity options with all amenities at one place is what you have here. Chemists, grocery shops, gyms, parks, ATMs are there. There is also police patrolling which is done multiple times of the day and night.

The Mysore Road, NICE Ring Road, and ORR all connect to RR Nagar. It is a happening place because of the reliable construction, good connectivity, and all of the basic amenities within the premises. There is no problem with cleanliness, and the school is only a 10-minute walk away. There are no concerns about the safety or security of children or the elderly. All amenities are available within the society, and there is no need to go outside of it.

The best part of my apartment in Griha Mithra Grand Gandharva is its RO water purifying system. Power backup and internet connection are also maintained well. Building management is active.
