The society has excellent connectivity with easy access to autos, cabs, metro, and railway stations. The roads are in good condition. Maintenance is good, with well-kept lifts, regular cleaning, garbage collection, and water tank cleaning without high fees. The buildings are well-constructed with no seepage, leakage, or cracks, and have good ventilation and sunlight. The neighborhood is very friendly. read more

The society is small & old-school type lacks many modern amenities. There is no children's play area, swimming pool, gym, club, or multipurpose court. The only available amenity is a garden. read more

Power cuts sometimes occur, and there is no power backup available, leading to electricity issues. Maintenance charges are very high.
