The building is relatively small, limiting available space and facilities. Despite the friendly and cooperative neighborhood, the absence of these amenities may disappoint those seeking a more comprehensive living experience.

The society has excellent connectivity with easy access to autos, cabs, metro, and railway stations. The roads are in good condition. Maintenance is good, with well-kept lifts, regular cleaning, garbage collection, and water tank cleaning without high fees. The buildings are well-constructed with no seepage, leakage, or cracks, and have good ventilation and sunlight. The neighborhood is very friendly.
The society is small & old-school type lacks many modern amenities. There is no children's play area, swimming pool, gym, club, or multipurpose court. The only available amenity is a garden.

Nearby, there are local shops, supermarkets, grocery stores, schools, and restaurants. The roads are good, and there are no water logging issues around the society. People staying in the society are friendly and cooperative.
The construction quality in the society is average, with issues like seepage, leakage, and plaster problems. Power cuts sometimes occur, and there is no power backup available, leading to electricity issues. Maintenance charges are very high. Additionally, there are no amenities like a gym, swimming pool, clubhouse, or play area in the society. Power backup should be provided to address these concerns.
