Autos are not available nearby the society. Cleaning of the society is very poor; the cleaning staff is not performing well. Maintenance of the lifts is also inadequate in the society. Construction quality is not good; there are issues with the pipes in the building. The builder used soundproof material that is very poor in quality. The builder's workmanship is very bad, which is a major issue in the society. Additionally, the AC drain pipes are broken, and residents have to drill into bathrooms themselves, which reflects poorly on the builder's workmanship. read more

The surrounding people are friendly and have good interactions. We celebrate many festivals together. Location-wise, there are bus stops, supermarkets, grocery stores, schools, hospitals within 2 km. The road conditions are excellent, with working street lights and ample parking space for every resident. Maintenance-wise, they clean regularly and collect garbage on time. There is 24/7 water and power supply, functional lifts, and no construction issues affecting sunlight and ventilation in our rooms. The neighbors are really friendly and helpful. Each resident gets their own designated parking spot, which is great. There are several schools nearby, making it convenient for families. Garbage collection is regular and they segregate wet and dry waste. Elevators are well-maintained. The electricity and water supply are reliable. The interiors are impressive, and there's good ventilation throughout the apartments. We have a well-maintained gym, clubhouse, and swimming pool, and regular cleaning keeps everything tidy.
