The greenery in the society is very good, providing a pleasant environment. Water facilities are excellent, and power backups are available. Garbage collection is efficient. Amenities include a swimming pool, play area, and main lawn. The clubhouse, gym, and tennis court are also available. Hospitals are located within 1-2 kilometers from the society. Construction quality is very good; there are no seepage or leakage issues in the society. Facilities are superb, with markets available nearby. Big Basket online shopping is also available. read more

Things need improvement

Amenities like the swimming pool, clubhouse, gym, and tennis court are available but always closed in the society, which is sometimes inconvenient. Maintenance charges are expensive, and they often increase without any notice. The charges have increased to 2. 25-3. 75 per square foot, which is very inconvenient. Public transportation is limited, with only buses available nearby, which is very inconvenient. Connectivity is poor as cabs and auto-rickshaws are not easily available, making it very inconvenient. read more

Public transportation options are available but are located between 2-3 kilometers away, making it inconvenient. Auto rickshaws are available nearby, but if we book one, it may take a long time to arrive, sometimes more than 1 hour. Maintenance costs are high, around 4000 per month. The amenities in the society are well maintained and functioning properly. The gym, club house, pool, and parking areas, including outer driving bays, are all in good condition. Open areas for emergencies and assemblies are spacious. Connectivity within the society is convenient, with shopping, tea shops, restaurants, an Apollo clinic, and a play school within a 2 km radius, and hospitals and schools within 3 km. Hygiene is maintained through regular cleaning, and there are no issues with power and water supply. The surrounding people are helpful and cooperative. read more

A new eligent society by TATA group. It is spacious with 60% open area covered by green spaces and modern amenities. The houses are well ventilated with ample sunlight. Low rise society with a view of trees and green areas. There are outdoor and indoor recreational areas for kids and adults. Gym is well maintained. There is supermarket just inside the society. The swimming pool is clean and functional most part of the year read more

There was delay in possession. Costing us mentally during COVID times. The maintenance charges are on higher side. The construction quality could have been better, little cracks can be seen in the higher floors. read more
