Good things here
The greenery in the society is very good, providing a pleasant environment. Water facilities are excellent, and power backups are available. Garbage collection is efficient. Amenities include a swimming pool, play area, and main lawn. The clubhouse, gym, and tennis court are also available. Hospitals are located within 1-2 kilometers from the society. Construction quality is very good; there are no seepage or leakage issues in the society. Facilities are superb, with markets available nearby. Big Basket online shopping is also available.
Things need improvement
Amenities like the swimming pool, clubhouse, gym, and tennis court are available but always closed in the society, which is sometimes inconvenient. Maintenance charges are expensive, and they often increase without any notice. The charges have increased to 2. 25-3. 75 per square foot, which is very inconvenient. Public transportation is limited, with only buses available nearby, which is very inconvenient. Connectivity is poor as cabs and auto-rickshaws are not easily available, making it very inconvenient.

Good things here
Maintenance is very good, water supply is excellent, and there are reliable power backups. Garbage collection is very good; they handle both wet and dry waste separately. Amenities like swimming pools, clubhouse, gym, and kids' play area are available and well-maintained. Hospitals are within walking distance, approximately 500 meters away. There are grocery stores and shops within a convenient walking distance. Parking areas are spacious, and there is also visitor parking available. Green spaces are extensive and well-maintained.
Things need improvement
Public transportation options are available but are located between 2-3 kilometers away, making it inconvenient. Auto rickshaws are available nearby, but if we book one, it may take a long time to arrive, sometimes more than 1 hour. Maintenance costs are high, around 4000 per month. The absence of nearby metro services is very inconvenient.

Maintenance of the society is very good. The water facilities are excellent, and there's a reliable power backup available. Garbage collection is also very efficient; they collect wet and dry waste separately. Construction quality is good; there are no major issues or concerns. Amenities like swimming pool, clubhouse, gym, table tennis, and kids' play area are available and well-maintained in the society. The parking area is very spacious within the society. There is also visitor parking available, with space for 10-15 cars in the society. The hospital is accessible within a 3-4 kilometer radius from the society.
Things need improvement
Construction quality is not good in the society. Maintenance charges are high, around 5000 per month in the society. Public transportation is not easily available; it is inconvenient to access buses from the society.

Good things here
The amenities in the society are well maintained and functioning properly. The gym, club house, pool, and parking areas, including outer driving bays, are all in good condition. Open areas for emergencies and assemblies are spacious. Connectivity within the society is convenient, with shopping, tea shops, restaurants, an Apollo clinic, and a play school within a 2 km radius, and hospitals and schools within 3 km. Hygiene is maintained through regular cleaning, and there are no issues with power and water supply. The surrounding people are helpful and cooperative.
Things need improvement
Some houses in the society are experiencing leakage issues, causing inconvenience to residents. Despite efforts to maintain the infrastructure, these leaks persist, posing challenges to the affected households

Good things here
A new eligent society by TATA group. It is spacious with 60% open area covered by green spaces and modern amenities. The houses are well ventilated with ample sunlight. Low rise society with a view of trees and green areas. There are outdoor and indoor recreational areas for kids and adults. Gym is well maintained. There is supermarket just inside the society. The swimming pool is clean and functional most part of the year
Things need improvement
There was delay in possession. Costing us mentally during COVID times. The maintenance charges are on higher side. The construction quality could have been better, little cracks can be seen in the higher floors.

Good things here
This place is awesome! It's got everything going for it - great spot and fantastic facilities. The construction quality is solid too. I'm all about relaxing at the pool or working out in the gym. The people here are super friendly.
Things need improvement
The connectivity here is a total nightmare. I'm always stuck waiting forever or walking in the heat. It's so frustrating when you need to get somewhere quick.

Good things here
Security of the society is very safty and secure for everyone with guards and CCTV installed at all the necessary locations. Cabs are easily available inside of the society & is very convienet. Elevators are present in every tower and is functional. Also 24/7 Water Supply is avaialble.
Things need improvement
Maintainance charges are very expencive in the society compare to others in the area. Power cuts are very high during rainy season. Metro connection is very far from the society.

Good things here
Lush green surrounding, well maintained amenities - swimming pool, mini-theatre. Conferecne room, well paved inner roads, street lights, low rise building with good lifts. Spacious apartments with ventilations and sunlight
Things need improvement
Sometime reptiles like snake are seen in the society, maintenance staff is well trained to tackle such issues. No cases reported so far.

Well connected with Irulapalayam road. The society is constructed in a calm and peaceful area. There are some good schools nearby. Amenities are good and functional

Far from the city center. Commute is time consuming. Rains floods the roads making travelling a challenge
