Good things here
Amenities include a swimming pool, clubhouse, gym, tennis courts, and kids' play area. These are available and well-maintained within the society. Maintenance care is reasonable. Construction quality is very good; there are no issues with leaks or dampness. Parking areas are very spacious in the society, and there is visitor parking available. The greenery in the society is very good, and pets are allowed. The metro is available within 1-2 kilometers from the society. Hospitals are available within 1 kilometer, making medical facilities easily accessible. Connectivity like cabs and auto-rickshaws is readily available if we book Ola or Uber in the society.
Things need improvement
Water quality is not good in the society because the water comes from tankers, resulting in very poor quality. Additionally, there is a lot of traffic outside the society.

Good things here
The people are well-educated and friendly, and we celebrate many festivals together. Connectivity is good, with a petrol bunk, ATMs, bus stop, and supermarkets within 2 km. The road quality is good, street lights are working, and there is ample parking space. Maintenance is excellent, with well-cleaned floors and timely garbage collection. There are no issues with water and power supply, and the lift is functioning well. Amenities include a swimming pool, gym, clubhouse, table tennis, basketball court, children�s play area, and community hall. Construction quality is high, with good ventilation in all rooms.
Things need improvement
The children's play area in the society needs improvement. Upgrading the equipment and ensuring better safety measures would enhance the experience for kids and provide a more enjoyable play environment.

Good things here
Connectivity is very convenient as cabs and autos are available easily. Water facilities are very good; the society relies on bore wells, ensuring a steady water supply. Power backups are available, and they rarely fail, ensuring uninterrupted supply. However, for the past two months, there have been issues with the water supply due to problems with the bore wells. Construction quality is inconsistent. Amenities like swimming pools, clubhouses, gyms, and table tennis are available and well-maintained, making life enjoyable.
Things need improvement
The main resources should be improved to enhance the society. Greenery also plays a crucial role in improving the overall aesthetic and liveliness of the environment.

Good things here
I appreciate the good connectivity, with buses, autos, and cabs easily available. There is a market nearby, and the construction quality is excellent with no seepage or termite issues and proper ventilation. We have regular electricity and water supply. The gym, swimming pool, and clubhouse are available and well-maintained. The neighbors are very nice and friendly. Elevators are installed and maintained, and there are CCTV cameras and 24/7 security guards.
Things need improvement
The garbage collection is very poor, especially because they do not collect garbage from broken bins, which is frustrating. Other than that, everything is great here, and there are no other issues at all.

Good things here
The maintenance staff in the society is efficient and keeps the hygiene well-maintained. All the flats in the society get enough sunlight and have good ventilation. There were leakage and seepage issues initially, but they have been resolved. Autos are easily available from the society. The society has all modern amenities, and the residents are decent. Festivals are celebrated in the society.
Things need improvement
The water supply from the government in the society is not reliable, and there is a borewell as well but, during summers, there are water crises, so we have to call for tankers in the society. The bus and metro station are 1 km away from the society.

Good things here
Autos and cabs were easily accessible. There was no issue with leakage or seepage. The society had all modern amenities and they were well-maintained. Cleanliness and hygiene were maintained. Water was available 24/7. The residents were decent, and festivals were celebrated together. There was sufficient greenery. Maintenance charges were justified.
Things need improvement
Many pigeons used to come into the society; they would dirty the balcony and even lay eggs there. The metro station is 4 km away from the society, and there is no bus connectivity.

Good things here
The society has all modern amenities and is well-maintained. The residents are decent and celebrate festivals together. Cleanliness and hygiene are prioritized. There are no issues with water supply. There is sufficient greenery. Public transport is easily available.
Things need improvement
The construction quality is not good; there are many cracks in my flat, and the finishing is not satisfactory. The maintenance charges are a bit high. There is a traffic issue near the society. The nearest metro station is 1. 5 km away.

The swimming pool is not well-maintained despite being operational, and there are prevalent issues with seepage and cracks among residents in this diverse society. ventilation problems during events in the clubhouse are common.
