The children's play area is spacious, where children play games with others of the same age group. I enjoy playing basketball in the evening. Connectivity-wise, within 2 km, there are bus stops, supermarkets, grocery stores, schools, hospitals, and a shopping mall. The road quality is good, with functional street lights and ample parking space. Amenities such as table tennis, basketball court, swimming pool, gym, clubhouse, walking track, and community hall are available. Maintenance is conducted daily with proper cleaning and timely garbage collection. There is good water and power supply, and the lifts are well-functioning. The surrounding people are friendly and cooperative. read more

I used to live in this newly constructed society in 2020. Schools, hospitals, and markets are nearby. Each resident has designated parking, and public transport like buses, autos, and cabs is easily accessible. There is regular garbage collection with wet and dry segregation, and consistent electricity and water supply. The society has no seepage or termite issues, good plaster and fitting, and modern amenities like a gym and clubhouse that are well-maintained. The neighbours are very nice and friendly. read more

There is water logging during the rainy season, especially on the ground floor, and a lack of greenery. A foul odor sometimes comes from the area, and there are only malls nearby with no small shops. The gym and clubhouse were not open when I lived there. read more
