Maintenance charges are around 4000-5000 rupees in the society, due to the increased costs of water tank maintenance. Metro stations are available around 2 kilometers away from the area. Public transport stations, like bus stops, are also available around 2-3 kilometers from the society, making it very convenient. read more

Things need improvement

There is traffic near the society, maintenance is just okay, the builder's ongoing construction for a bigger commercial property might lead to overcrowding, parking paint hasn't been done, there is groupism among people, some work is pending, the builder needs to improve quality, and the construction work covered with color sheets looks weird. read more
